Yoichi Rice is an original blend of rice supervised by Meisho, a long-established rice store founded 100 years ago, and is a specially selected rice created in pursuit of the perfect rice to go with meat.Each and every grain is cooked at the table, giving the rice a distinctly sweet flavor; the more you chew it, the sweeter it gets, and it goes perfectly with the sauce. *It takes approximately 20 minutes for the rice to be cooked.
